Warranty Policy
At Spawn3D, are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our range of 3D printers, spares, and consumables. Our warranty policy is designed to provide you with the necessary support in case of any issues with the products you purchase.
**Scope of Warranty:**
- Our warranty services are in line with the manufacturer's guidelines. The decision for warranty coverage and part replacements is at the discretion of the manufacturers.
- For defective, damaged, or non-operable products, we will assist in coordinating the replacement of parts under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Please note that product returns are not accepted once delivered.
**Exclusions from Warranty:**
- The warranty does not cover products without valid proof of purchase.
- We do not cover damages due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, natural disasters, voltage issues, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with the product instructions
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or serviced by non-authorized service providers are not covered.
- Consumable items such as resin, FEP/PFA(nfep)/ACF film, nozzles, vat screws, pei sheets, ptfe tubes, and tools are excluded from the warranty.
**Warranty Period for Specific Brands:**
- **Phrozen**: 1-year warranty for main parts of the 3D printer, wash & curing station. 3-month warranty for the LCD screen.
- **Elegoo**: 1-year warranty for main parts of the 3D printer, wash & curing station. 6-month warranty for the LCD screen, nozzle kit, and dual gear direct extruder kit.
- **Anycubic**: 1-year warranty for main parts of the 3D printer, wash & curing station. 3-month warranty for the LCD screen.
- **Bambulabs**: 1-year warranty for main parts of the 3D printer. 3-month warranty for the extruder, AMS first stage feeder, AMS rotary spool holder SD card (excluding extruder gear assembly, AMS feeding funnel, AMS spool claw).

Shipping & Returns Policy
- Once your payment is completed, your order will be shipped.
- The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. Note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Refund & Return Policy
- We do not offer refunds, credits, or returns for any products purchased, under any circumstances.
- In case of a defective or damaged product, please provide a photo of the damage and a detailed description within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Defective or non-operable products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We assist in replacing parts as per the manufacturer's warranty terms. However, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements of printers once the order is processed.

Products Damaged on Arrival
If you suspect damage to the parcel upon arrival, we request the following to assist in handling cases of products damaged on arrival (DOA) for Spawn3D:
1. **Video Recording Requirement:**
- Provide a video recording showing the condition of the parcel's exterior.
- Record the unboxing process to capture the initial state of the product as you receive it.
2. **Inspection of Shipping Materials:**
- If the shipping container or cushioning material appears damaged, retain these materials until you have thoroughly checked the contents of the shipment.
- Inspect all items for completeness and assess any mechanical damage or defects.
3. **Reporting Damage or Defects:**
- Should you discover any mechanical damage, defects, instrument failures, or if the shipping container itself is damaged, please contact us immediately.
