- We do not offer refunds, credits, or returns for any products purchased, under any circumstances. 

- In case of a defective or damaged product, please provide a photo of the damage and a detailed description. 

- Defective or non-operable products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We assist in replacing parts as per the manufacturer's warranty terms. However, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements of printers once the order is processed.
